Team Race Reports and Blogs View Charlie's Profile Race Report: City of Oaks Half Marathon - Posted by Charlie Rodocker on Friday, December 04, 2009 City of Oaks Half: Pacer I was a pacer for the 1:50 half group along with Katie and Laura.  The conditions were horrible. It was pouring cold rain the entire race. However, the runners in our group were strong and did not give up. It was nice to see most of them speed up the last mile and break 1:50.
